Q:I would like to enter items that are not included in JPCOAR schema such as a resource identifier and an author ID unique to my university. How can I do that?

With the distribution of academic information in mind, our policy on JPCOAR schema is to describe a standard identifier by pairing it with its type and to distribute it to relevant national and international services. Please manage institution-specific identifiers within a local repository system.
