Can I describe ‘jyo (上)’, ‘ge (下)’ or ‘zokango (増刊号)’ for ‘kan (巻: volume)’ or ‘go (号: issue)’?

I would like to describe irregular volume/issue titles such as ‘xx anniversary issue (○○記念号)’ or ‘xx special issue (○○特集号)’ but I cannot find an item like ‘issue.alternative’. Where should I describe them?
