Usage Instructions

  • Enter the ID that uniquely identifies the affiliated institution. The methods of description depend on the selected schema definition.
    e.g. 000000012192178X (ISNI), 12601(kakenhi)
  • For 'nameIdentifierScheme', select and enter a schema name that identifies the ID from the controlled vocabularies.
  • For 'nameIdentifierURI', enter the ID in a HTTP URI format.
  • If there is no URI, do not specify 'nameIdentifierURI'.
    e.g.
    http://www.isni.org/isni/0000000121691048 (ISNI)
    https://www.grid.ac/institutes/grid.26999.3d (GRID)

Notes

  • For the value of ‘jpcoar:nameIdentifier’, do not include such as prefix and only enter an ID.
  • When you enter ‘jpcoar:nameIdentifier’, you must specify a schema name in ‘nameIdentifierScheme’.
