Usage Instructions
- Enter dates related to the lifecycle of the resource (e.g., creation, publication, etc.) as literals.
- For 'datacite:date' (Date), enter the date information recorded in a controlled manner. This term complements information that cannot be entered in a controlled manner by entering it as literals.
Notes
- Enter the Gregorian calendar year in 'datacite:date' (Date).
- It is recommended to enter dates in conjunction with 'datacite:date' (Date), except for unknown dates.
- Enter the range of time with regard to the resource in 'dcterms:temporal' (Temporal).
