Usage Instructions

  • Enter the name of the affiliated institution.
  • Enter the language attribute to describe the language of the affiliation in 'xml:lang'.

Notes

  • Enter the official name instead of an abbreviated name. Enter only the institutional name and do not enter sub-hierarchical affiliations such as a departmental name.
  • Enter the affiliated institution at the time when the relevant resource was created.
  • If the affiliated institution name is in multiple languages, enter it in the same language as the main text first and then repeat the element and enter it in the other languages.
  • Each language code should only appear once in 'jpcoar:affiliationName'.
