Usage Instructions

  • Enter the date related to the resource. Enter the date in the following three formats defined by ISO-8601 (YYYY-MM-DD, YYYY-MM, YYYY).
  • You must select and enter 'dateType' from the controlled vocabularies.

Notes

  • It is mandatory to enter ‘Issued' (Issue date). If there are other relevant dates, you must enter them.
  • If you specify ‘embargoed access’ in ‘coar:accessRights’ (Access Rights), specify ‘Available’ in ‘dateType’ and enter the start date of usage.
